It happened because you decided. But before going forward, something lands on my head and I share below.

As a native Portuguese speaker, I see English as a more practical language as a form to solve problems. When I start to write in Portuguese, I see more possibilities to express what I have in my mind and I go back and forth multiple times before deciding the word which I feel to combine better with the color of the sentence or even of the day. The paragraph is always a fraction of the wind for me. A momentary wind which I want to share as an eternal part of my person, a heart engraved on the tree of the day. The sound of toughts are more poetic in Portuguese that in English, I have to confess. But I think the more trees I plant in English, the bigger and denser the colorful forest of words gets.

A patient planter who today has a chest full of anxiety but decides to throw some seeds here to bring more saturation to the body (or a new hue). I heard some days ago that journal writing helps regulate the stress response, promoting emotional control and reducing cortisol. When cortisol is chronically elevated, metabolic function and testosterone production are directly impaired. This leads to loss of muscle mass, irritation, fat and fluid accumulation (including on the face). So let's see where this process will guide me now, once I returned to write again: DITO CURA (the writing heals).
